How it Works
- Members receive a welcome email containing their ID card and important program information.
- To get the most value out of your program, prescribing doctors should refer to the formulary when prescribing medications.
- The member simply takes the ID card and doctor’s prescription to any participating pharmacy.
- If the medication is on the CostCareRx formulary, the member pays $0 at the counter!
- Medications not on the formulary are available at discount pricing.
Important Information
- Mail Order: Any medication that is not $0, member will pay wholesale cost.
- Program does not include controlled substances or compounds.
- Member is responsible for shipping costs when purchasing through mail order, if applicable.
- Program contribution is only applied once to each medication fill.
